Friendly, welcoming and really listen to what you as a client want. As a bonus, I was early and they managed to see me straight away, starting and and finishing the appointment early.

Fastest mens haircut ever. Finished in 6-7mins. Had to go over bits missed and didnt follow instructions. Have had to have a recut elsewhere to correct mistakes. Nice girl just a poor effort.
