Aimi asked at the beginning of my appointment what I was looking for today and I explained that a good trim was required. I also requested information on products that I could use to give me healthier looking hair following taking medication for a number of months. Aimi talked through the haircut process and products in a way that made sense and was understood (no technical words or terms that may not be understood from someone with a hair background) highly recommended!!
