Was quite worried as I booked very short notice (for a Sunday) and hadn’t been before, also my hair was a mess & is very thick! Got to say though, the whole experience was pleasant - she did an amazing job on my hair - better colour than I’d got elsewhere! Also, booked via Treatwell and it didn’t allow enough time - it took so long & felt so bad yet she didn’t cancel or rush the appointment - even with it being past 6 on a Sunday! So to summarise, both ladies were lovely and did a fantastic job and I’m so glad I went! 🙌🏻
