My reflexology & Reiki sessions with Rachel Brown help me with every aspect of my well being and general health. I feel extremely grounded and ‘balanced’ and refreshed after each appointment. Rachel ensures that I feel relaxed and comfortable at the start of the reflexology and I’m helped enormously with the whole healing process and hormonally I’m adjusted and mentally and physically stronger afterwards. I really can not recommend Rachel Brown enough. She is a caring holistic practitioner.
