Staff were really happy and helpful. I ws stuck in traffic and running late to my appointment but my beautician was really understanding. the salon is clean and has a nice atmosphere and the treatment was really high quality.

Really good! The massage therapist adapted to my needs by combining Swedish with Deep Tissue - I felt great afterwards! Will def book this again!

I have had better manicures. It was not bad and the therapist was friendly but it was a little rushed. there was no cuticle remover applied, for example, which I found a little odd. Saying that, the polish stayed on, no chips so far.

The treatment was nice and the girl that did it was sweet but they could really improve the general ambience to make it feel more spoiling and like more of a treat. The other issue is that the Treatwell website wouldn’t let me book online so I booked the treatment directly on the phone and then there was a big faff about how to pay which meant I had to wait around for 25 minutes after the treatment while they sorted it out.

The girl who gave me my spray tan met me in reception and was so friendly. She talked me through the tanning process and then gave me plenty of time to get myself sorted. She then chatted to me the entire way through the tan putting me completely at ease. I left the tan on over night then washed it off the next day and it has left me with a wonderful natural tan which lasted about 3 days before fading.
