The treatment was great overall. I wasn’t really greeted as such when I arrived until I’d been sat at reception for a while and i waited for 10 minutes into my treatment time until I was taken upstairs and then had to wait 15 mins before therapist started after she left me to get changed, however the treatment finished 20 mins after the hrs treatment should have started so overall it was made up for.
