The Health Club at One Aldwych could not do enough for us, a beautiful prestige spa with amazing staff who make us feel so welcome!

The room could've had a higher specification. Free water is always helpful rather than two kiwis. There were weird noises in the bathroom which was apparently something to do with the waste disposal system. Rather unsettling when you're having a bath.

Had a very relaxing day at the Health Club. The Swimming Pool facilities, sauna and steam, changing room facilities and treatment rooms were all excellent. The staff were very professional and the customer service was excellent. It would be nice to have had some reclining loungers by the pool and the water from the water machine had in my opinion a funny taste. The fresh fruit was excellent. Would definitely come again.
