Caoimhe qualified at St George’s University of London in 2014 and worked there for four years following that, having specialised in Musculoskeletal Outpatient Physiotherapy. She now works at the Whittington Hospital, dealing with Musculoskeletal conditions in Paediatrics such as Osgood Schlatter’s Disease and pain resulting from joint hypermobility. Caoimhe also treats babies with Torticollis and Plagiocephaly and young children with gait issues. Caoimhe has experience in treating chronic pain and general musculoskeletal injuries. She has a particular interest in post-operative issues, having run the post-operative total hip and knee and ACL reconstructive surgery clinics and classes at St George’s Hospital. Caoimhe has also worked in ante-natal and post-natal musculoskeletal care at St George’s and so has experience treating these issues individually and in group settings. Caoimhe also completed three seasons at Wimbledon Rugby Club where she worked with the men’s, women’s and youth teams dealing with both acute injuries and longer term rehabilitation.
