Friendly welcome from receptionist, although like others I had to forward my treatwell email confirmation to their email address too. Room was well decorated and looked great but there was no relaxing music in the background. Towel on bed felt damp which was a little offputting. Reflexology was good for price although masseur's thumbnail was a bit long so kept scratching me. Therapist was friendly and did a good job overall.

Deep tissue massage - was nothing of the sort. Just received a general full body rubdown, even though I asked for focus on my back due to some tightness there. Receptions didn't even seem to know I was coming, even though I booked on Treatwell.
