Couldn’t finish pedi in hour time slot

The therapist didn't ask how firm I wanted nor did she wanted to know any particular areas. She randomly started with the arms but always came back to body part later. I've never had a massage where the therapist did not work on one area completely before moving on to another one. I probably won't go there again.

Lady didn't show up and they only rang me once to tell me, left no message. So I got all the way there and they said they couldn't do my nails.
