All was good, The issue was that the staff member took me first tot he mens toilets and then to the changing rooms which were open to all members. My wife had seperate changing rooms. The locks on the lockers were broken and i wasn't told we needed a £1 coin in advance. The distance from the Spa to he facilities meant that i had to get changed twice. Massage was good and the staff helpful and friendly.
Head Massage
No one on reception to greet us. Stood there for over 5 minutes then decided to ring by telephone. We stood there while the phone rang in front of us and nobody came to answer. Decided to head out back to find somebody. Only one member of staff who was doing another person's treatment. Asked if there was anybody and she said won't be a moment. The lady then came out 5 minutes later. Lovely lady and was very apologetic as another member of staff was running late. Had an amazing massage with her. Partner had to wait for his lady to turn up she was 45 minutes late. Was pleasant but would not rush back. Felt sorry for the lady on her own as she really was trying her best. I feel there should be a dedicated member of staff on reception to greet customers she could have then provided us with a drink whilst we waited. Another point is that there was a water machine in the spa area with no cups.
