I’ve been before and had a great pedi, this time it seemed the resident waxer did my pedi and it showed she wasn’t a nail technician. She was extremely slow even at cutting my nails, to the point where the water was cold by the end. She nipped my toe and also made two bleed. She didn’t remove traces of old polish and the layers of new polish were obviously too thick as I could see it dragging when she applied the top coat. She got nail polish on the surrounding skin but didn’t remove it.
