Had the ginger and lime scrub which was really nice and relaxing. Made my skin feel great at the time and the smell was refreshing but not too strong. Facilities and therapist were all lovely. Only awarded 3 stars for the treatment as after about 8 hours, my skin just went back to being dry and flaky so felt it was more of a temporary bandaid than a treatment for my dry skin. Also the scrub and dry body brush were slightly painful at points which I didn't think was necessary, in particular on the backs of my knees which aren't an area to focus on for a body scrub particularly.
I've had this treatment in the past but felt like I should have a course whilst I'm going through quite a bit weight loss to help aid my progress.
It's really a great experience if you're looking for something to get rid of water retention, give the appearance of smoother and firmer thighs and aid your digestion, it really does do it all!
I've always been fond of the Elemis Day Spa, the treatments (which actually work until other places I've visited) and the staff are always lovely. The price may be a bit steep for some, but if you want results I guess you have to pay the price to get them, which I'm willing to do. Got another three left of this treatment as I bought the package, so we'll see if I get the results I'm after :-)
Hi
I have booked an express manicur and was refused to get my treatment because they had no qualified therapist even to change my nail polish.
The other thing is that I still don't understand how I can get back my money as I have not received any treatment but GBP30 were charged from my account.
Had a wax and a back massage and I thoroughly enjoyed both! The space is everything you would expect from a good spa and the therapist was very friendly and good.
We went yesterday for the Rasul. It was a lovely and relaxing experience, The time just flew by so quick! I like the fact that you don't feel rushed by staff, before or after the Rasul. The staff were brilliant!
