Would really recommend coming here. Excellent service with knowledgeable and highly skilled staff. Very relaxing ambience and have felt the benefits of treatments for a good while after coming which is not always the case.
Fantastic experience. We were very well looked after and the facilities were immaculate. The only downside was that the full cycle of the rasul treatment didn't seem to complete. We were told that the shower in one of the seats may not work properly, but neither worked at all. We were fine to use the other showers to clean off the treatment mud, but it was our understanding that this would happen within the steam room. We will certainly be going back, so it certainly didn't ruin the experience, but we would expect the equipment to be working fully next time.
The salon is lovely and would get my highest rating. The staff are great, the location convenient for transport and shopping, the facial was amazing and very effective. However, I was only able to have one at second try! And this is a comment on Wahanda only, not Elemis. When I came for my appointment, which was booked and confirmed by Wahanda, there was no record of it! The staff were very apologetic, offered me a lovely free gift set and re-booked me, as well as assuring me they will sort out directly with Wahanda. When I did have my facial, it was above expectations and I really enjoyed it, but on this occasion service from this site was extremely disappointing.
I had facial with them, it was okay but not as I expected. But I was told to book IQ facial which is purely designed for men.....will try again next month
I had a great massage with Jenny at the Elemis Day Spa and I have to say, I was impressed. The spa is very busy on weekends and there is a constant flow of people coming and going which makes the reception less peaceful than you might ideally want but the service is impecable and you can tell that they have got the management of the spa down to a very slick operations.
Getting an appointment at the time you want is not easy but its certainly worth it. The treatment itself was fantastic -- one of the best massages I had in a long time.
