Loved everything about it-the venue was great, staff very welcoming and most of all the manicure was fab albeit about pricy !

Great pedicure and lively staff, venue very relaxed and clean, but the pedi area doesn't have the best ambiance - it's all a bit stark - profit chair was comfy but there was no foot soak which was a shame. Feet v pampered and looked great though!

Have broken out since facial when my skin was already fine. Plus I wouldn't advise buying any skin care staright after the facial as if you have had a bad reaction you don't want to be out of pocket as you are no stuck with products that make your skin worse.
Also I don't like that they performed the facial with gloves, it doesn't feel right or relaxing. I expected a lot more from Elemis.
