Very good treatment in a pleasant place. Nice people, calm and peaceful music. I particularly loved the products used as well as the massage at the beginning of the manicure.

Facialist was nice but didn't do extraction as I asked so I had to steam my face when I got home. Also seemed to just want to sell products. The staff at reception were abut rude too. Real shame

I loved the atmosphere of the spa and the staff are lovely. The massage and treatment were okay. I think what really put me off is the "hard sale" that you have to go through from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. After a nice treatment the last thing I want (unless I ask about it) is to feel almost forced to buy something..! Makes it quite awkward and un-relaxing. Why not give samples and if I like them I will come back rather than try and get me to spend straight away after paying very a lot for a treatment?! That just really soured the experience for me and means I will not be a repeat customer. I have heard of other complaining about the same thing and be the reason why they won't be coming backâ¦ shame as again lovely facility and staff.

I was 10 mins late so the therapist had to cut short the massage. Other than that the massage and facial were great. The only down side to this salon for me is that the treatment rooms are always very warm.

Good facial, the therapist was excellent. Shame about the leaking air conditioning that was dripping on me during me treatment.
