As always very friendly staff but unfortunately the air conditioning was not working so the room was too warm which made for a less than ideal waxing experience.
Wonderful way to spend a rainy bank holiday morning. Excellent value on an off peak deal. My therapist Eva was superb. Took into consideration my skin type and adjusted the scrub slightly to suit. Elemis is a perfect retreat in the heart of Mayfair and due to the wonderfully indulgent therapies, welcoming ambience and attentive staff, I always look forward to going. Would definitely ask for Eva again.
Although there was a bit of messing about my booking before I arrived, once I was there the experience was great. The staff seem incredibly professional and I felt well looked after. The atmosphere was perfectly relaxing and crucially the scrub I went for {exotic lime and ginger} was fantastic.
The therapist - Eva - has fantastic! she was very welcoming and the technique for the body scrub was excellent. although it lasts only 30mins it felt like 2 hours! at the end of the treatment she prepared a nice tea and then run with me some of the products and gave me samples. No pressure to buy any of their products, although i did buy the scrub.
overall a very good experience and i would recommend it especially before sun holidays!
Pleasantly surprised by the lime and ginger body polish treatment. It was truly invigorating and detoxyfing. I left work feeling stressed and antsy but left the spa relaxed and refreshed. The therapist managed to not just polish my body clean (starts with a dry brush exfoliation which is highly effective for detox) but also made it a relaxing experience by infusing my body with beautiful smelling oils. I came out glowing and happy. Would definitely do it again.
