I visit elemis quite often. I love ELEMIS. I usually get face and body sensation.This time i had the hot stone therapy.they are just too good.
The only thing i don't like is the attitude of staff on reception.They should be welcoming.
The venue is lovely and so are the staff. I wasn't sure about the merits of the sonic facial which I had, and would probably choose a more traditional facial next time.
I had a really good experience at this spa (face and body sensation) afew weeks ago, so went back for one of their Biotec facials.
Frankly, I did no see/feel much of a lift and it turns out you may need to book multiple treatments and use all their products in between to see results. More worrying however was the cleanliness of the place or lack of it (restroom), the delay of 20 minutes of the treatment from the booked time and the general chaos when clients wanted to pay their bills. It was anything but relaxing, I must say.
Very professional and pleasant staff members. I had Sonic Radiance Facial with Consultation and my therapist did a good job to treat my concerns. It is not cheap but it worked and is worth it! The spa is on a charming alley with many nice restaurants. The treatment room I used was on the 2nd floor, so if you do not want to walk up stairs, it may off put you.
Absolutely lovely place. Tucked away down a narrow little street so peaceful in the heart of Mayfair. Great staff who look after you while waiting (offer tea or smoothie, nice) and then beautiful treatment rooms and thorough, professional, friendly staff. Expensive but definitely a cut above.
