Staff did a great job of threading my eyebrows. Really pleased with the shape. Shellac removal was good too, though perhaps a bit too full-on at the end (painful)! The appointment was a little late too - apparently this is an issue with Treatwell though as they don't actually open at 9. Hence my 4 star review. But I would go back.

Staff kind and welcoming, very good with waxing, also used one of the best wax I have ever experienced, soft, non-sticky and less painful. Downside it was the place was not clean up to standards. Definitely just using a disposable paper roll to put on the bed would improve things a lot!
