IBL refused to honour my Groupon voucher despite being shown this on arrival. Had to pay the £28.00 as well as the cost of the Groupon voucher for the worst manicure I have ever had in my life.
Had no card machines and manager said she had no facility for giving me a receipt - hardly a professional and trustworthy company.

I had acrylic removal and she didn’t soak my nails enough and ended up ripping both the acrylic and my real nails off. Very painful and unprofessional. The staff were very friendly but I would not visit again.
