Incredibly happy with the braids I received, they look gorgeous! However, I booked my appointment for 2 pm and had to wait for over 2 hours before I was seen to... They could have also been a little more clear what 'Kim K Braids' were because they deliver something very different to what you get when you type that into google haha. Very happy with them now however and glad I got it done.
Braids
I booked in for an acrylic nail replacement & gel - this wasn't where I got my nails done originally but I had moved away from my previous salon and needed replacing prior to a holiday. She wouldn't file the nail down to the same length as the others - I told her several times it was longer but she thought it was the same and wouldn't go shorter - surely listen to the customer as its my nail? Unfortunately didn't have the same gel colour to redo but nothing she could do about that and I almost expected it by going to a different salon.
Overall, did what I needed but not 100% happy. Shop was also a bit grubby, tools and table didn't look cleaned. Probably wouldn't return.

The plinth and towels they used were not clean! They had no facilities to “freshen up”. I felt like I was in a garage. Lady was lovely but I would not return for hygiene reasons
