If I book an appointment a week in advance I don’t expect to come in and wait 30 mins to be seen. There’s a problem when your barber doesn’t speak English properly and can’t understand what you’re asking for. Yes, my hair is shorter as a result of this appointment but I’m happy about the way it looks - no.
