The end product was really good, very smooth face at end of the shave. Downside was the shave started later than the time i booked and arrived for and there were a few cuts during the shave.
The haircut itself was good and Giovanni was clearly a skilled hairdresser. The issue was that though the hair cut was good, it wasn’t at all what I asked for. I explained I just wanted a little bit taken off and that’s most certainly not what I got. The biggest problem is I also suffer from having thin hair, I explained the importance of being gentle and not using a comb too much, but this wasn’t listened too at the result is the thickness it’s taken me about 2 months to gain has all been lost!
