Great haircut, quick service and exacting the cut I was hoping for

Arianna was a lovely woman and gave a very nice relaxing massage but unfortunately my overall experience wasn’t great. My appointment was meant to start at 17:15 but I wasn’t called into the room until after 17:40, and no one acknowledged me in the waiting room to let me know they were running late. I also paid for a 45 minute massage but it was over after 30 minutes.

Amy did a fantastic job with my hair this week. She clearly knows her craft, puts a lot of thought into her work, and you can see her passion in the results. Highly recommend!

From first consultation, I knew I had come to the right place when I met with their stylist, Amy, who not only took the time to understand the color I was aiming for, but thoroughly explained the process necessary to get the final results I wanted...and exactly what she achieved in the end. The fact Amy is also such a friendly person just made the entire experience gratifying from start to finish.
