I have never experienced a bad mani or pedi but I find availability of appointments quite disappointing. It seems that there is a shortage of staff and so the availability for my regular person is limited.

One is always met by the lovely lady on reception and escorted upstairs to the salon and offered tea or coffee - a lovely touch.
