My 1st cut with Valentin was fantastic, hence my return. I felt disappointed this time..it felt rushed to me and I'm not very happy with the cut.

Good venue, I’m sure the other services they provide are great. Unfortunately my one was hair root bleaching, which is hard and can easily go wrong. My stylist was very kind and gentle but unfortunately I was not happy with the result, as there were yellow and orange patches on my hair that he assured me would go away with toner. I had 2 toning sessions and the yellow and orange tones are still there. I called to ask for a refund and they said the manager would call me back, which he did not.
