My therapist was off sick but the salon had arranged for someone to step in, Sylvie. A beautician who remembered me when she used to work there. Was very impressed by her customer recognition! And the treatment.

Lucy is an amazing hairdresser. Listens to what you want. Never cuts too much off. Gets colour perfect and my blow drys last a week. She's also great to talk to, funny and an all round wonderful woman.
