A pleasant and relaxing space. This was my first ever pedicure and my feet looked and felt great after. We chatted a lot and put the world to rights. The only thing I would change is the chair that I was given. It was a swivel chair so it was hard to stay comfortable with leg raised as the chair kept moving. My back did not feel supported. The client should be in a fixed chair. I was a bit surprised/nervous to see a mouse sander to take off the rough skin, but it did work and nothing untoward occurred. It was a positive experience all in all.

I arrived particularly stressed. Tracey went above and beyond. I left feeling a different person. The ivy hut was a lovely place to relax and had many small personal touches. I would highly recommend.
