From my first communication with Katie she was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. I managed to get booked in for the my Semi Permanent Make Up session, I then heard from Katie with how to prepare for the day.
The day arrived, I was anxious. Katie was there to greet me on arrival. I was very impressed with the treatment room. It was very welcoming and relaxing. I was then prepared for my treatment after we spoke through all of the paperwork. We discussed the shape and got it all how I wanted them to look before Katie begun to numb the area & we start my treatment. It was not at all painful and Katie soon talk me through everything so I was no longer anxious. I love my new eyebrows. There are amazing and really suit my face. Katie really knows her stuff! I fully trusted her and was at ease.
