Professional and personal from start to finish. Katie conducted patch tests and pre treatment consultations which meant I was both confident and well informed when booking my treatment with her. I was also very impressed with Katie’s desire to create the exact result I was looking for.
When it came time for my appointment Katie’s communication was excellent and I arrived at the location easily. She again provided enough time at the appointment to ensure I felt ready to proceed with all my questions answered and demonstrating high levels of knowledge of about her products, her suppliers.
Katie had excellent technique and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and that the finished result was exactly what I wanted. I left very happy with the results and three days on I have no swelling redness or soreness whatsoever.
A definite 5 star experience!
