Katie went above and beyond, she welcomed my children who came along as I had no child care and offered them entertainment whilst I had my treatment. She was very professional but also made me feel at ease, it was like meeting up with a friend. Most importantly she has done a great job on my eyebrows, I am so pleased with the results already. I would highly recommend her.
