Katie is both friendly and professional. I’m 5 days in to the process and have been completed a few times on how good my brows look and I’m at the scabby stage so I’m looking forward to the end stage now... I know they are going to look amazing 😉

Katie explained the laser procedure so I understood exactly how it works. I have sensitive skin so she started on a lower Joule application and did a patch test to check whether I could have a higher dose next time. All went very well and I had no adverse reaction. Katie is warm and welcoming and obviously knows her stuff. I’m confident I’m in great hands. Thanks Katie

I visited Lauren Elizabeth's for a patch test for tattoo Removal. Katie was very friendly and professional, I was given all the information I needed before the treatment. Numbing cream was applied to ease discomfort which was great, very happy with the treatment.
