It was my first time visiting for any treatment. It is clean and professional. On arrival you are provided with slippers and asked to remove your shoes. I was greeted by a lady that turned out to be the one doing my waxing but she didn't actually introduce herself as such. She did not offer to leave the room whilst I undressed and there was nothing to cover yourself with. The room is clinical. The wax itself was thorough although more hairs than usual seemed to break instead of pluck.

I'm so sorry, I think the lady was called Isobel? Either way, she was brilliant. The entire venue and everything thereafter was beautiful! Couldn't be happier with my massage. Walked out on a cloud! Thank you xx
