2 appointments were originally booked on line and paid for. The times were changes about 4 times. In the end we cancelled the body massage as the new time was not convenient. There seems to be an issue with online booking linked to the Spa. Caitlin was lovely but the pedicure was not great. Foot filing was done after the nails were painred which is odd. Gel was left around the toes which wasnt great.

Friendly lady and had a good chat whilst having my gels removed. Only issue was that my appointment was moved without even a curtesy call or apology, so I had to rearrange plans.
