Kiesha was very thorough in my treatments, I felt looked after and in very capable hands. Pedicure still looks fantastic several weeks later.

She didn’t know how to wax. Went in the wrong direction and waxing is patchy. Will have to be redone somewhere else. She used the same wooden spatula from another client and kept dipping it in the wax. I don’t know how many times it has been used before. Watching it go in the wax and then on my skin was disturbing. She went against the hair saying it comes out better that way, that is incorrect and leads to skin problems. One of the worst I’ve ever had.
