The treatment itself was great, I have been before and returned happily. There was some discrepancy between their booking system and Treatwell so I had to reschedule one appointment in person but this was easy to do. They were running over 25 minutes late though, and I would have appreciated being informed of this (they just left me waiting without telling me) - as my appointment was only 5 minutes long, so this was quite a delay comparatively! Treatment staff are great though so no complaints about be treatment itself.
