Harpreet was excellent, I had my first laser hair
removal and had a lot of questions prior
and during the session.

thorough, patient and kind in answering all my questions and concerns. She was very professional and nice, she explained carefully each step taken in the treatment.

Friendly staff, I was made to feel relaxed straight away. Good communication with booking appointment, patch test for laser, etc... Good value. Lots of parking options close making it convenient as well as train station close by.
