I have had a few treatments at the laser clinic in Slough and always come out feeling well care for and find the treatments very effective.
My appointment was stopped due to machine failure. I've been waiting for a call back to have the treatment done, but not only did I not get a call back. I rang asking for a re-booking and for over a month now I still haven't heard back. Really disappointed as they have redeemed my wowcher and took my money and don't seem to be bothered about it at all.
Service was great and the clinic was very clean. Nayab and Sadaf were both particularly helpful and efficient!
Nayab was fantastic, very professional and very detailed in explaining the treatment
