I arrived on time Jamila did not. When she arrived she spent time in the back office changing and chatting. When she was ready to work she promptly took another client belonging to a colleague who had not turned up. This was against the advice of the manager who had left the building.i waited for about ten minutes, then walked out. This reminded me why I don't go there any more, they are chambolic.

I was pleased to find that I did not have to wait and I was seen at the time of my appointment. Meera was polite and professional and the facial was pleasant and relaxing. The room itself was quite cold which one only notices after lying still for some time.

My therapist was knowledgeable and friendly. She had answers to all of my questions and always explained things very clearly. If I ever have more procedures at the clinic I would hope I could have her perform them again.
