There is no privacy during the appointment whatsoever. Staff have absolutely no concerns about walking in to chat or collect various items during the treatment. There is no preparation ahead of the appointment so the therapist will leave the room to collect various items. No care is taken to ensure your experience is relaxing and enjoyable. Treatments are expensive for the experience and result.

I have been left with burn marks all over my legs, bums and hollywood and all i keep being told is its flamation but its not its actual burn marks which i may be left with forever
