I arrive on time, Jamila was busy with the client. Staff reception told me take a seat and wait for her. I waited for Jamila for about 10 to 15 mins, all the while this staff was at reception. When Jamila came out, I was asked to complete the a 7 page long form. This form could have been given to me by staff sitting at reception rather then waiting for Jamila, would have saved sometime.

Very clean Covid safe environment. Treatment has really helped clear thread veins. Meera is very welcoming and professional. All round great service and would definitely recommend.
