This was my first experience with any kind of beauty treatment and it was a breeze, I'm beginning my transition and even though I struggle to present as female I was treated with kindness and respect. The paperwork was simple, the staff friendly and professional and the patch test itself was virtually painless. Looking forward to starting the full course of treatment asap!
