Andrea was attentive, warm and engaging. I felt completely informed about the process and after-care and I found her so charming and good at applying the treatment that I feel keen to return to see her again (even though it's a bit of a schlep!).
Vinita, she assured me with all the treatments I am having done. Very very good. Thank you very much Vinita.
Such amazing staff members i really liked vinita and rocio they made me feel so welcomed and were very very lovely. I would recommend this place to everyone i know.
Initially i had a consultation about 3 weeks ago about treatment for pigmentation on my neck and the lady advised i go for the nd yag laser treatment for the neck and also the face as i have rosacea. I booked the appt for last weekend and was then seen by a senior consultant who actually gave me a brief consultation and said that she would not advise any treatment as it would be a waste of money. She said that the treatment would darken the neck even more and then said that she would speak to a friend of hers at St Thomas's Hospital about my rosacea and then contact me.
I wasted my whole Saturday as the appt was for 3pm and was seen at 3.30pm and i was not even given the treatment!!!!!
Basically the initial consultation was a waste of my time, i am not a very happy customer and i would not go back to this clinic again!
I have recently moved to the area and I was looking for a new laser clinic. My work collegue recommend TLC Group as she has always had fantastic service from them. Everyone is always reluctant going to a new place, but I must admit I had an amazing experience there! The place was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and were understanding. I have now booked my six sessions of laser treatment there too. I will most definately recommend them.
