The laser hair removal was actually quicker and less painful than I had imagined. The staff was friendly and professional and talked me through everything she had to do. I had an initial patch test before I booked my test . The only thing that git me pleasantly surprised was the duration of the treatment( and oh! the coldness of the gel). I thought it would be a longer process
