I was welcomed to the clinic, offered coffee and had the procedure explained fully. All questions I had were answered fully. The treatment was pleasant and I was constantly asked if I felt any discomfort. I look forward over the coming months to seeing an improvement.

The staff was super helpful and friendly although we had a bit of trouble to start with finding the right position for the suction nozzles. I am waiting to see the results.

First visit to the Laser Clinic and I have to say that I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience. I have had the particular treatment in the past, nearly 2 years ago, so I knew what to expect, nevertheless the treatment was explained well, the therapist (Sigita) walked me through the process as she was doing it and was extremely friendly and helpful. The treatment itself was painless, over fairly quickly and I haven't had any adverse reactions. The clinic itself is clean, the treatment room as well and conveniently located. Definitely would recommend and have already booked a second treatment.
