The lady that attended me is amazing. She explained very well how the treatment was and how the machine used works. I was a bit scared but she reassured me and shared other clients experiences and also her own. She talked me through the session explaining every steps. I felt at easy and relaxed and surprisingly the laser didn't hurt at all!!! In some points of my face I had a very mild tingling sensation but it last 1 second so nothing bad. In my full arms I had not pain at all, just a warm feeling. It was my first session and after 3 days I can't see any result yet. I've been told I have to wait 3 weeks and of course I need more sessions to see the final result. Having had a very painful laser sessions before, I was so happy that with the xlase I didn't feel any pain. I can't wait to see the results!! I can't remember the lady's name but I can honestly say it was the best experience I had thanks to her!!!

The young lady made me feel very at ease. Not had a result as of yet (only been 3 days) treatment not painful at all, and no bruising. Will be going back again for my second treatment next month. Highly recommend.

The massage itself was great. The therapist applied the right amount of pressure and appeared knowledgable. The only downside was that the room was cold, the therapists hands were cold, and the lights were tube light bright.

my treatment was the best decision I have ever made in years because in under 6 weeks of my first treatment I lost 2 dress sizes. my recent treatment has me wearing a size 10 elasticated trouser without me seeing my muffin top in just under 2 weeks. who knew I could eat normally and still lose inches. love love this treatment.
