Fi is extremely talented, attentive and experienced. I've had Russian Volume lashes, Lash Lifts and Eyebrow Tints to date, all of which I'm been extremely happy with. What I really liked was the care that Fi takes over an appointment, ensuring in advance that she's talked you through the experience and what to expect, as well as 'testing' to ensure you don't have a reaction to any of the products. She really cares about the end result for each individual and is a true artist!

Fi is a wonderful artist and human! You feel so safe in her hands and my brows and lashes look amazing. For the first time in 15 years I'm not wearing any eyebrow pencil as they are so full and I feel SO liberated.
