Fi is a true professional and extremely good at what she does.
I've had a few eyelash extensions in my time at numerous other establishments, but no one as good as Fi. She is very honest about whether she can help you with what you want and advises you on the best way forward if what you want is unrealistic.
I have no hesitation in recommending The Lash and Brow Company to anyone.

Fi was very professional and honest. She'll only recommend something that will work for your eyes and lashes, rather than letting you get carried away with the most expensive option, that might not actually give the end result you're expecting.
I'm really pleased with the end result and will be popping back for my infills ready for my wedding!
