I paid the highest amount available for a refill, after I had done another set with the same person. Needless to say, the refill was sloppy done, with gaps, and looked like there was barely anything done. I have lash infills for 2 years, and I know when they are done in a rush. I messaged jess that I paied for the most expensive refill, and how much I should pay next time, so that she does the whole thing. She offered to come by and finish what she started free of charge. I got off from work early, so I could get home in time, and she never came. She replied to my message asking her if she would still come after 40 minutes, saying she could come the next day at 2, when of course, I am supposed to be at work. Disrespectful...wouldn't recommend
