The staff were lovely and I’m sure other treatments are great but unfortunately I didn’t rate the bikini wax. It seemed rushed and wasn’t finished off properly, in fact having booked an extended wax I received a normal wax which I could have done at home. I wished I’d said something at the time but I wasn’t impressed enough to want to stay any longer. Such a shame as the reviews I read were all good!

Very good price but left twice with face mask and air blowing on face whilst staff member out of the room. I think during these times should be offered head or hand massage. As active treatment is limited but overall fine
